I sustained a Pilon fracture five and a half months ago, and, originally, I thought I’d never run or climb again. Despite long months of just range of motion training and being limited in my activities, Nate was able to solidify a program individualized to my needs – gaining the ability to climb and run again. Once I got the go ahead to start weight bearing, my progress was exponential. My surgeon was immensely impressed when I told him I was running after 5 months.
